Autoclave Work Characteristics
● The design pressure in the kettle is high, which is generally 6.0~10.0MPa at present and will exceed 10.0MPa in the future.
● The working medium in the kettle is harsh, mostly flammable, explosive and highly hazardous media.
● The working pressure inside the kettle is high, and it is difficult to seal the stirring device.
● The head of the kettle body adopts the spherical head with the best stress, and the safety margin is larger.
● When the working medium is highly corrosive, stainless steel composite plate or titanium composite plate should be used.
● If the working medium is highly corrosive, it is necessary to use stainless steel composite plate or titanium composite plate material.
● The welding of the inner cylinder of the kettle needs to be preheated, and the welded specimen with the product should be taken.
● The thickness of the material of the inner cylinder of the kettle is large, and it is more difficult to detect the weld ray.
● The whole heat treatment is generally required after welding of the kettle body.
● Pressure resistance test and in most cases gas tightness test are required after heat treatment.
